By accessing or using Conspectus Intelligence ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Conspectus Intelligence is intended for institutional investment professionals including portfolio managers, investment analysts, allocators, pension fund administrators, and investment consultants. By creating an account, you represent that you are a professional operating in or around the institutional investment management industry. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet this standard.
Access to the Platform requires an invitation code during the beta period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile current, including your professional role and firm affiliation.
You may use the Platform solely for your own professional research and intelligence purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content generated by the Platform without prior written permission from Conspectus Intelligence Inc.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze and synthesize content from third-party sources. AI-generated summaries and sentiment analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial recommendations, or endorsements of any security, fund, or investment manager. You acknowledge that AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
All Platform content, design, software, and underlying technology are the property of Conspectus Intelligence Inc. Third-party source content remains the property of its respective owners. The Platform provides links to original sources — we do not reproduce full articles without authorization.
You agree not to: attempt to circumvent any access controls or rate limits; use automated tools to scrape or extract Platform data; share your account credentials with others; use the Platform to manipulate markets or spread misinformation; or reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform's technology.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved through its use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conspectus Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
